1. Membership Subscriptions

  • Monthly Plans: You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing at least 7 days’ notice before your next billing date.
  • Quarterly or Annual Plans: Cancellations can be made, but refunds will only be provided on a pro-rata basis for unused months, minus any discounts applied at the time of purchase.

2. Custom Work & One-Time Projects

Payments for custom or one-time services are generally non-refundable, as significant time and resources are allocated immediately upon engagement.

If you cancel before work begins, a partial refund may be issued at the Company’s discretion.

3. Risk-Free Guarantee (if offered in your plan)

If your membership includes a first-month results guarantee, you may request a refund of your first month’s fee if no measurable progress or deliverables were provided.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 5 business days after the end of the first month.

Set-up fees, completed services, or costs incurred with third-party providers (such as hosting, ads, or technical tools) are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction due to factors outside our control (e.g., third-party websites not removing content).
